Brooklin Boat Yard provides covered storage through the winter season. We have heated and non-heated storage, and we also have a special storage option- what we call “The Factory”- that houses older, wooden boats. The Factory has its own, dedicated small lift.

We also store dinghies, rowboats, and masts.

The Factory.

The Factory is special storage for small, wooden boats.

Equipment

We have equipment on-site to perform hauling, launching, cleaning, and more.

RATES

The large storage shed empty for the summer. There are two heroschoff 12 1/2 still on their trailers.

Storage rates are determined by square footage (LOD * beam) of the hull.

Bowsprits & boomkins are calculated at 1/2 their lengths.

Rates include: hauling, launching and pressure washing bottom.

Inside Heated: $16.00 per sq. ft.
Inside Unheated: $11.00 per sq. ft.
May 16th through October 14th :
Rates are 25% of Winter Storage.
Storage: $5.00 per linear foot
Non-Storage: $7.00 per linear foot
Haul, Wash, Store, & Launch: $500.00
Outboard Motors: $150.00
Seasonal Dinghy Dock: $400.00
Dinghy Dock: $6.00/ft. per day

Haul and launch fee each way + labor:
storage: $11.00 per foot
Non-storage: $14.00 per foot
One Mast: $150.00
Two Masts: $175.00
