Integrity has benefitted greatly by / under her current ownership to the point where she presents to the casual eye and closer observation as close to a new boat as can be imagined for her 50+ years of service. Integrity has been meticulously maintained to the highest standards / and stored with Hylan and Brown here in Brooklin (Maine) where she spends her winter in heated, covered storage.

Composite hull of 1 ¼” Cedar strip planking edge nailed and epoxy glued with two (2) layers polypropylene cloth laminated to the hull interior and three (3) layers of polypropylene cloth epoxy laminated to the hull exterior with an applied finish surface (interior and exterior) of gelcoat.
Steel I-Beam strong back bolted to interior keelson with encapsulating ballast of cement and 2” stainless steel spheres poured in bilge around and above I-Beam

Forward of quarter berth is an enclosed / private head area with under deck storage lockers, varnished African Mahogany counter top, under-counter drawer storage, Airhead composting toilet along with polished stainless steel Vola sink basin, faucet and towel bar
Opposite (to starboard) of the quarter berth and had areas is an expansive galley area. Counter tops are varnished African Mahogany with drawer and locker storage under counter and additional storage above, outboard and aft of the counter tops with specialized storage. Cooking is done with a gimbaled Broadwater propane 4-burner stove with oven and perishable foodstuffs are kept cool in a well-insulated ice box accessible from both and galley and on deck. For clean-up duties the is a polished stainless steel sink basin with Vola faucet suppling pressure water for the clean-up crew.
Dining (when not done in the cockpit) is centered around a varnished Teak drop leaf table set between the Vee-berths forward to the galley and head areas.
When not being pressed into dining service seating the Vee-berths allow for sleeping accommodations for two (2) persons separated by the above mentioned dining table and the main mast with storage shelves above and outboard of the berths for storage of personal items.
Furthest forward of the Vee-berths is the forwardmost bulkhead with a large (removable) louvered panel allowing for ventilation of the chain locker area forward when in place and almost unlimited access to the chai locker when removed.
The below decks areas of Integrity are well ventilated and flooded with natural light from the four (4ea) opening / sliding ports in the cabin sides and single (1ea) looking out aft to the cockpit. Additional ventilation is provided by dorade vents forward and all the way aft. When needed the below decks areas are kept warm by a propane-fired Force 10 cabin heater allowing for early Spring and late Fall cruising when there are no crowds and plenty of room in all the best anchorages.

NOTE: Integrity was originally designed and commissioned as a gaff-rigged sloop. Her current owner had her sail plan redesigned by Nat Benjamin (Gannon and Benjamin Shipyard) to the current ketch rigged configuration with gaff mainsail, Marconi mizzen and roller-furling / self-tacking jib. Her owner report no real change in sailing speed but great changes in sail plan balance (she practically sails herself), ease of sail handling (with smaller individual sail areas and roller-furling headstay) ability to carry full sail into higher winds.
