THE BOATS OF BROOKLIN BOAT YARD
Brooklin Boat Yard has been producing fine wooden boats (both power and sail) since 1960. Initially under the watchful eye of yard founder Joel White, these boats were built using traditional plank-on-frame construction. Since the early 1990s the majority of Brooklin Boat Yard’s new construction projects have been cold molded, vacuum bagged, wood/epoxy composite laminates that produce an exceptionally light, stiff hull.
